Spectrum Habilitation Services Inc. is a Georgia provider of community-based residential supports for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We believe every person has the right to be treated with dignity and respect, make informed choices, experience privacy, participate in the community, and receive services designed around the life they want to live.
Our trained team works with each person and their chosen support network to provide dependable, individualized support. We regularly review services, risks, progress, satisfaction, and changing needs so that supports remain relevant, effective, and responsive.

How to Access Services
1. Request information or submit a referral
Contact Spectrum to discuss the person’s needs, preferences, authorized services, and desired living arrangement.
2. Complete an individualized review
Spectrum reviews eligibility, funding authorization, accessibility needs, health and safety considerations, staffing requirements, compatibility, and the organization’s ability to provide appropriate support.
3. Plan the transition together
When services are accepted, Spectrum works with the person, guardian when applicable, support coordinator, family or chosen representatives, and other authorized team members to develop a coordinated transition and service plan.
Admission is based on eligibility, service authorization, available capacity, individual preferences, assessed support needs, and Spectrum’s ability to provide safe and appropriate services. Spectrum does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, disability, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, or other status protected by law.
